The mother of 14 years old Jumoke, who was killed during the Yoruba Nation rally in Lagos by a stray bullet allegedly from the Nigerian police has been filmed crying bitterly as she mourned her daughter.
Jumoke was reportedly killed during the Sunday Igboho’s led Yoruba nation rally held in Lagos, yesterday July 3.
Jumoke was said to be sitting in front of her mother’s shop during the rally before she was fatally hit by the stray bullet.

Reacting to the sad incident, one KunleReal took to social media and wrote, “OMG!!! I knew something like this would happen., Truth is, innocent people are mostly victims in these agitations “
Popular comedian, Mr Macaroni wrote, “A promising young girl who should not even be on the streets hawking If the Government has provided adequate job opportunities. The girl is hustling to make ends meet, the same government still killed her just for trying to survive.”
Ayaba Oduoye wrote, “Why are the shooting, am sure none of those doing rally are not holding weapon or causing trouble, why did they have to shoot. That’s how they stir trouble”
