Hadi Sirika, Nigeria’s Minister of Aviation, has claimed that the rising insecurity in the country, is due to activities of criminals who are bent on embarrassing the Federal Government.
Sirika stated this while speaking with journalists after meeting President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The Minister promised that Nigerians would soon experience relief, especially with the appointment of new security chiefs.
“The Federal Government is doing everything possible to stop criminality in the country and by special grace of God, the recent abduction of school children in Niger State should be the last Nigeria will experience.
“There may be the possibility that some people will try to embarrass government, but government has the resources to give the best security,” he said.
