Recall the panel has passed a ruling that the Lekki toll gate is repossessed and reopened by the operator, Lekki Concession Company, LCC, which has caused agitation among the youths who said justice had not been served.

According to the youths under the aegis of #EndSARS said their comrade who was allegedly killed by the members of the Nigeria Army had not been served justice as their killers have not been brought to face the full wrath of the law.

Storming the plaza, some youths mobilized under #OccupyLekkiTollGate staged another protest which the Nigeria Police hindered.

Some of the protesters were arrested and brutalized, but they were later released.
